Happy New Year!

I think I am too nice a person...But in return I really get pissed when people
I care about seem not be nice....Often I lack the information necessacery to
formulate the proper arguments and snap judgements...and I can forgive...But I have
high expectations of friendship...Expectations that friends are not people to fool
around with but people who you trust and who you help without question when they are
in need...But also who will help you when you are...I am also a mean person to people
who I think are jackasses...I have little patience for disrespect...And so I really enjoy
teaching people lessons...It is the teacher in me...Is it revenge or vengeance? Possibly...
but some other person is going to be fucked up by the same jackass...I'm not the NAACP fighting
for human rights or Nelson Mandela...But I certainly believe in Non-Violent Non-Cooperation...

I seem to think that people can be very good talkers but never prove their frienship...Sometimes
you need to prove your friendship...The thing in you heart that says: "I care and I would sacrifice
to help you..." That is friendship to me...Sacrifice builds trust...It builds loyalty and it brings
with it a sense of honor...To walk a noble path...Because your heart is strong...

Enough of my New years Resolution to be more Vendictive...It isn't that...It's to fight for justice
And mine especially...Who wants to associate with jackasses all their life? You turn into one

AULD LANG SYNE

Words adapated from a traditional song
by Rabbie Burns (1759-96)

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And auld lang syne?

CHORUS:
For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne,
We'll tak a cup of kindness yet,
For auld lang syne!

And surely ye'll be your pint-stowp,
And surely I'll be mine,
And we'll tak a cup o kindness yet,
For auld lang syne!

We twa hae run about the braes,
And pou'd the gowans fine,
But we've wander'd monie a weary fit,
Sin auld lang syne.

We twa hae paidl'd in the burn
Frae morning sun till dine,
But seas between us braid hae roar'd
Sin auld lang syne.

And there's a hand my trusty fiere,
And gie's a hand o thine,
And we'll tak a right guid-willie waught,
For auld lang syne
